The Business Development and Technology Transfer Corporation of Schleswig-Holstein (WTSH) is an official agency under the government of the northernmost federal state of Germany, Schleswig-Holstein. It has long been dedicated to providing economic and technological consulting services to German businesses. As early as 1986, Schleswig-Holstein formally established friendly state-province relations with Zhejiang Province, China, and opened its China Representative Office in Hangzhou in 1996, serving as a bridge for Sino-German cooperation and promoting exchanges and collaboration in economic, technological and cultural sectors.

Currently, the WTSH China Representative Office serves over 500 enterprises from Schleswig-Holstein and the broader northern Germany region, covering industries such as new energy, environmental protection, marine economy, healthcare, electronics & telecommunications, and digital economy.

Simultaneously, we act as a steadfast bridge for Chinese enterprises, institutions, and universities seeking to engage with Schleswig-Holstein.
